How We Scope
Ad spend is paid directly to platforms by the client. Retainer covers our team’s strategy and execution time. Tier moves with your spend, with notice on either side.
Monthly Retainer Packages
All retainers include strategy, campaign management, optimization, A/B testing, creative collaboration, and reporting. Reporting cadence: monthly performance summary plus on-demand pulls. Weekly available on Tier 3+.

AEO Monitoring Platform
Ongoing AEO monitoring requires a dedicated AEO platform license (e.g. Peec, Profound, or comparable). The license is held in the client's name with cost passed through directly (typically $200 to $800/mo depending on platform). If the engagement ends, the client retains the seat. SOA does not absorb the platform cost or transfer seats between clients.
What to expect:
AI citation patterns depend on schema completeness, content quality, and consistent appearance across high-trust sources. Expect early citation signal at 60 to 90 days post-implementation, with compounding surface area over 4 to 9 months. Expectations set on the kickoff call.
