Sense of Agency is a brand strategy and creative direction studio based in New York. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit sense-of-agency.com or work with us, how we use it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Your name, email address and company name, and anything else you choose to tell us when you fill in a form on the site, email us, or subscribe to our newsletter. Our proposal form also asks about your project, such as the services you're interested in, timeline and budget.
Information about your brand, business, or project that you share with us while we are scoping or delivering work.
Information collected automatically
Standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, pages visited, and time spent on the site. This is collected through cookies and analytics tools rather than provided by you.
We do not ask for and do not want payment card numbers, government identifiers, or health information through this website.

We do not sell or trade your personal information.
We share it only with service providers who help us run the studio, and only to the extent they need it. That includes our website host and analytics provider (Framer), our email and newsletter tools, and our cloud storage, invoicing and project management tools. Each is bound by its own data protection obligations.
We will also disclose information where the law requires it, for example in response to a valid legal request.
If we work with a client on a project that involves your data, that client’s own privacy policy governs how they use it, not this one.
4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working and to understand how it is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work as intended if you do.
We use Framer's built-in analytics to see which pages are visited. We do not use advertising pixels or sell data to advertisers.

Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. If you ask us to delete your information and we are not required to keep it, we will.

We are based in the United States, and our service providers may store or process information in other countries. When information moves across borders, we rely on our providers' standard safeguards to protect it.

The site is meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you think a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
